Prenium Auto General Conditions of Sale
1. Introduction
These General Conditions of Sale govern the sale of vehicles by Prenium Auto. By purchasing a vehicle from us, you agree to these terms.
2. Vehicle Purchase
All vehicles sold by Prenium Auto are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify prices and specifications without prior notice.
3. Down Payment
A mandatory down payment is required to secure the purchase of any vehicle. The down payment amount will be specified in the sales agreement and is typically a percentage of the total purchase price.
- Payment Methods: Acceptable forms of down payment include cash, bank transfer, or credit card.
- Refund Policy: The down payment is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the sales agreement.
4. Financing Options
Prenium Auto offers various financing options. Customers are encouraged to discuss financing terms with our sales team to find the best solution for their needs.
5. Final Payment
The remaining balance of the purchase price must be paid in full at the vehicle is delivered. Payment methods for the final balance will be outlined in the sales agreement.
6. Delivery
Delivery of the vehicle will occur once the full payment has been received and all necessary documentation has been completed.
7. Warranty and Returns
All vehicles sold by Prenium Auto come with a warranty as specified in the sales agreement. Returns are subject to our return policy, which will be provided at the time of sale.
8. Governing Law
These conditions are governed by the laws in Eure department in Normandy France. Any disputes arising from these conditions will be resolved in accordance with local laws.
9. Amendments
Prenium Auto reserves the right to amend these General Conditions of Sale at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.

4. Payment Terms

- Final Payment: The remaining balance, including the commission, must be paid in full at the vehicle is delivered to the buyer.
5. Documentation

6. Inspection and Condition

Rent terms

1. Introduction
These General Conditions of Rental Terms govern the rental of vehicles from Prenium Auto. By renting a vehicle from us, you agree to these terms.
2. Vehicle Rental
Prenium Auto offers a variety of vehicles for rent. All rentals are subject to availability and the terms outlined herein.
3. Rental Period
The rental period will be specified in the rental agreement. Extensions may be available upon request and are subject to vehicle availability.
4. Deposit
A security deposit is required at the time of rental to cover any potential damages or additional charges. The deposit amount will be specified in the rental agreement.
- Payment of Deposit: The deposit can be paid via bank transfer, debit card, or cash.
- Refund of Deposit: The deposit will be refunded within 2 days after the vehicle is returned, provided there are no damages or additional charges incurred during the rental period.
5. Rental Fees
Rental fees will be calculated based on the duration of the rental and the type of vehicle. Additional fees may apply for mileage overages, late returns, or other services.
6. Insurance
Renters are encouraged to purchase insurance coverage for the rental vehicle. Prenium Auto offers optional insurance packages, which will be detailed in the rental agreement.
7. Vehicle Condition
The renter is responsible for inspecting the vehicle before taking possession. Any pre-existing damages should be reported to Prenium Auto prior to departure.
8. Usage Restrictions
The rented vehicle must be used in accordance with local laws and regulations. Unauthorized use, including off-road driving or use by unapproved drivers, is prohibited.
9. Return Policy
Vehicles must be returned on the agreed-upon date and time. Late returns may incur additional charges as specified in the rental agreement.
